In the *Law360* article, ​“5 Firms Steer Columbia-Millennia $268M Deal And Financing,” Kelley Drye is mentioned as counsel to REIT Columbia Property Trust inc. in connection with its $256.5 million sale of a Cleveland trophy office tower and hotel to BakerHostetler LLP. Partner [Robert D. Bickford Jr.](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford-Jr) who lead the Kelley Drye team said, ​“I did the acquisition of this in 2005 for Columbia’s predecessor company.
