An article in *Law360* details how generic-drug makers steeped in antitrust multidistrict litigation are asking for an order enforcing a months-old deadline for documents that most states have ignored. [Clifford Katz](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/clifford-katz), partner at Kelley Drye, represents genetic pharmaceutical companies Wockhardt USA LLC and Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

“The companies in the MDL are asking the court to enter an enforcing order telling the states they have seven days to search for and produce all non-privileged documents concerning the price or supply of generic pharmaceutical products they were supposed to hand over months ago. They also want the states to provide their sources and methodology, and produce a log of any withheld privileged items.”
