Kelley Drye’s [Communications Practice Group](/Our-Practices/Regulatory-Government-Relations/Communications-Regulation)​’s blog [CommLaw Monitor](http://www.commlawmonitor.com/) was referenced in the *Law Technology News* article ​“State Attorneys General Seek FCC Opinion on Carrier Call-Blocking.” The article discusses how earlier this week the National Association of Attorneys General sent a letter signed by 39 members to the Federal Communications Commission chairman, asking him for a formal opinion on whether there are legal and regulatory prohibitions on telephone carriers who want to use call-blocking technology. The article quoted partner Steven A. Augustino, who authored the blog post, when explaining that the FCC has not issued a response to the letter and it is expects it to be put to public opinion in the near future.
