The webinar covered new state privacy laws taking effect in 2025, state and federal enforcement activity, and privacy litigation and due diligence trends.

“State privacy regulators have been so active in 2025,” said Laura. ​“What we’re seeing is a shift from states just passing laws ...to states really coordinating and enforcing them in meaningful ways.”
