# Kelley Drye’s William MacLeod Quoted in *Global Competition Review*

Privacy and digital platforms are a notable part of the policy focus in the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Presidential Transition Report. In a recent article in the *Global Competition Review*, partner [William MacLeod](/Our-People/William-C-MacLeod) is quoted stating that ​“this is an inflection point in antitrust, and where it will ultimately go will depend in large part on where the agencies take it.”
