# Kelley Drye Wins Summary Judgment Victory on Behalf of BP

A Kelley Drye team of attorneys won summary judgment on behalf of BP Energy Company in an adversary proceeding, brought by Bethlehem Steel Corporation in Bethlehem’s bankruptcy proceeding in the Southern District of New York, involving a contract dispute over a long-term gas purchase.
