# Kelley Drye Wins Summary Judgment for Union Carbide in Environmental Pollution Class Action Filed By Bhopal Residents

Kelley Drye recently won summary judgment on behalf of Union Carbide in a class action lawsuit seeking money damages and injunctive relief for alleged environmental pollution at the former Union Carbide India Limited plant in Bhopal, India.
