# Kelley Drye Team Files Unfair Trade Case on Behalf of US Aluminum Industry

Numerous media outlets including *Law360*, *Fox* and *Steelguru* have reported that, on behalf of the US Aluminum Industry, a Kelley Drye team has filed a series of unfair trade cases against imports of aluminum foil from five countries. The Kelley Drye team includes partners [John Herrmann](/Our-People/John-M-Herrmann-II), [Paul C. Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal), [Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda), and senior associate [Joshua More](/Our-People/Joshua-Morey)y. The petitions, filed concurrently with the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, were filed for relief in response to large and rapidly increasing volumes of low-priced imports from the subject countries that have injured US producers.

The countries named in the filings include: Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey.
