The keynote speaker and recipient of the Ruth Whitehead Whaley Professional Achievement Award was Nicolaine Lazarre, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the National Urban League. Other honorees included Michele Coleman Mayes, General Counsel and Secretary at the New York Public Library and the Honorable Priscilla Hall, Appellate Division, Second Department.
