# Kelley Drye Supports 28th Annual GLAAD Media Awards

The 28th Annual [GLAAD Media Awards](http://www.glaad.org/mediaawards) was held at the Beverly Hilton, Los Angeles on Saturday, April 1, 2017. The GLAAD Media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the LGBTQ community and the issues that affect their lives. The event also funds GLAAD’s work to amplify stories from the LGBTQ community that build support for equality. Representing Kelley Drye at the event was partner [**Damon Suden**](/Our-People/Damon-W-Suden). GLAAD Media awards are held annually in LA and NY. The New York event is scheduled for Saturday, May 6.
