# Kelley Drye Successfully Represents Arch

Kelley Drye achieved a significant victory for client Arch Personal Care Products, L.P. (Arch PCP) in its litigation against Ivar W. Malmstrom, Jr., the former President and co-owner of Brooks Industries, for breach of a covenant not to compete executed when Malmstrom sold Arch the assets of the Brooks business. After a trial, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey found the Defendant Malmstrom to be in contempt of a Temporary Restraining order and Injunction which the Court had issued in July 2002. The case is scheduled for trial in January 2004.
