# Kelley Drye Selected as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Buca di Beppo

Buca di Beppo, the Italian family-style restaurant chain with 44 locations across 14 states, filed for bankruptcy on August 4th in the Northern District of Texas to pursue a sale of its business. Following its appointment on August 15, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors selected Kelley Drye to represent its interests in the case. The Kelley Drye team looks forward to working with the Committee and its members to facilitate a successful result for all creditors.
