# Kelley Drye Secures Favorable Settlement in Pro Bono Matter; Plaintiff Settles For 10% of Initial Demand

Kelley Drye favorably settled a case, pro bono, on behalf of a defendant in a civil suit involving claims of assault and airline security matters, which was pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, following a highly challenging and abbreviated discovery process. The matter was settled for just 10 percent of the plaintiff’s original demand.
