# Kelley Drye Represents Telular Corporation in Recent Acquisition

Kelley Drye represented Telular Corporation in the acquisition of SupplyNet Communications, a supplier of wireless tank-level monitoring services. Under the terms of the merger agreement, Telular paid approximately $3 million in cash at closing, with an additional $2.75 million of potential earn-outs to the selling shareholders based on various performance measures. The transaction closed on October 1, 2008. Telular Corporation is an industry leader in alarm and event monitoring solutions and services.

Partner Timothy Lavender and associate Jennifer Norkus represented Telular in this matter.
