# Kelley Drye Represents ShipNow in Sale of Shipping Management Software

Kelley Drye assisted ShipNow Global Holdings, Ltd., an international company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, in the sale of its shipping management platform to Kewill Systems plc, a UK publicly-traded client. Kewill will add ShipNow’s DI Server, the software program used for shipping management, to the Kewill portfolio of multi-carrier parcel shipping solutions. The DI Server currently has an installed base of users in the United States, including a major retailer and stationery supplier OfficeMax. With A UK acquirer and entities in the BVI and India, the closing of the transaction required a total team effort, particularly by the Chicago office and the Firm’s independent Mumbai affiliate.
