The businesses divested provide discount securities brokerage services and sell insurance and investment products through unaffiliated banks and financial institutions throughout the country. Mellon Human Resources & Investor Solutions is a division of Mellon Financial Corp., a major global provider of financial services, and provides a wide range of human resources, investor outsourcing, administration and consulting services.
