# Kelley Drye Represents Creditors in Kid Brands Bankruptcy Matter

Kelley Drye has been retained as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Kid Brands. Kid Brands filed for bankruptcy on June 18, 2014 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. On July 2, 2014, the Committee selected Kelley Drye as its bankruptcy counsel.

Formed in 1963 and headquartered in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Kid Brands and its four wholly owned subsidiaries design, develop and distribute infant and juvenile products. These products are distributed through mass market, baby super stores, specialty, food, drug, independent, and e-commerce retailers worldwide.

The Kelley Drye team is led by partner [Eric Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and includes special counsel [Kristin Elliott](/Our-People/Kristin-S-Elliott).
