# Kelley Drye Represents Committee of Unsecured Creditors in The Limited Chapter 11 Plan

Partners [Jim Carr](/Our-People/James-S-Carr) and [Jason Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams), and special counsel [Kristin Elliott ](/Our-People/Kristin-S-Elliott)were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Clothing Retailer The Limited Gets Final Del. Ch. 11 OK,” as representing the official committee of unsecured creditors. The article discusses The Limited’s liquidating Chapter 11 plan, approved by Delaware judge Kevin Carey, that kept trustee options wide open for recovery claims and litigation.

“While we had several disagreements during the course of this case, most particularly with respect to the plan and the \[release\] provisions identified earlier, we did not litigate one issue in this case,” Carr said. ​“Everything that came before your Honor was consensual.”
