# Kelley Drye Represents Committee of Unsecured Creditors in RadioShack Bankruptcy

Firm partner and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, [Eric Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and partner [Jason Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) were mentioned in *The Deal’s* article ​“RadioShack Cleared to Exit Chapter 11,” as representing the official committee of unsecured creditors. The article discusses RadioShack’s nearing an exit from Chapter 11 for the second time in two years. RadioShack filed for bankruptcy for a second time on March 8 with 1,500 locations.
