# Kelley Drye Represents Comcast in Acquisition of AT&T Broadband

Kelley Drye represented Comcast as telecommunications counsel in the acquisition of AT&T Broadband from AT&T Corporation. Kelley Drye represented Comcast as telecommunications counsel in the acquisition of AT&T Broadband from AT&T Corporation. This transaction makes Comcast Corporation the largest cable television provider in the nation, with over 21 million subscribers in 41 states. As a result of this acquisition, Comcast is now the largest facilities-based competitive provider of residential local telephone services, with over 1.3 million cable telephony customers.
