# Kelley Drye Partner Quoted by New York Law Journal

Partner Bob Haig was quoted in a *New York Law Journal* online article regarding a report based on focus group discussions about the Commercial Division. The report, which was spearheaded by Bob, urged Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye to expand 12 protocols used in commercial litigation to the handling of all lawsuits statewide. Two proposals included would encourage the pretrial resolution of anticipated evidentiary and other issues, and require that the question of whether discovery should continue during the litigation of dispositive motions be decided on a case-by-case basis.
