# Kelley Drye Partner Bob LeHane Featured in *Bloomberg Law*

Bankruptcy partner [Bob LeHane](/Our-People/Robert-L-LeHane) was recently quoted in a *Bloomberg Law* article. The article focuses on how commercial landlords now have a greater incentive to grant rent deferrals to struggling brick-and-mortar businesses following a temporary rule change that prevents bankrupt tenants from recouping rent payments made under those deals.  
​“Credible lawsuits against landlords to claw back preference payments are fairly rare but they do happen, and they typically settle around 50 cents on the dollar,” said LeHane.
