# Kelley Drye Obtains Summary Judgment in Footlocker Case

Litigation Partners Neil Merkl and Robert Steiner obtained a complete dismissal on summary judgment of a defamation case brought against Footlocker, Inc. by former employees of the company, based on the circumstances surrounding those employees’ termination. The case had been scheduled to go to trial shortly thereafter.
