# Kelley Drye Obtains Another Defense Verdict for J&J in Latex Allergy Case

Kelley Drye has obtained a defense verdict in a latex glove allergy case against Johnson and Johnson (J&J). As reported in *The Legal Intelligencer*, the plaintiff in this matter had alleged that J&J failed to warn her that she might experience allergy symptoms in connection with use of latex gloves. Kelley Drye, working with local counsel in Philadelphia, convinced the jury otherwise, resulting in a defense verdict. Kelley Drye is acting as national coordinating counsel in over 400 latex glove matters for J&J.
