We are confident that our new partner will provide professional leadership in a diversity of practices, both within our firm and in the greater legal community,” said Firm Chairman **John M. Callagy**. One associate was named special counsel, as of July 1: **Andrew H. Lee** is a member of the Tax practice group in the New York office. His practice includes counseling on tax issues of mergers and acquisitions, affiliated groups of corporations, debt financing, cross-border transactions and transfer pricing. Mr. Lee also represents taxpayers in controversies involving the IRS and state and local tax authorities. Mr. Lee regularly provides advice concerning the state and local taxation of telecommunications service providers. He previously served as a senior attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service.
