# Kelley Drye Names Andrew Pillsbury Chair of Kelley Drye’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group

[Andrew Pillsbury](/Our-People/Andrew-P-Pillsbury), partner in the Chicago office, has been named chair of the firm’s [Mergers and Acquisitions](/Our-Practices/Transactional/Mergers-and-Acquisitions) practice group. He leads a multidisciplinary team well versed in all types of corporate transactions―mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, asset exchanges, divestitures, alliances, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.

Andrew’s practice also focuses on finance, securities, joint ventures, technology matters, and corporate governance issues. He represents lenders and borrowers in various credit transactions, including mezzanine and real estate finance transactions. Additionally, Andrew serves as outside general counsel for a variety of middle market businesses.
