# Kelley Drye Named as Primary Outside Counsel in Corporate Counsel Magazine

In the September 2007 issue of *Corporate Counsel*, Kelley Drye is named by Oracle Corporation as ​“Primary Outside Counsel” for its corporate transaction work. Each Spring, *Corporate Counsel* conducts a survey of the ​“Go-To Law Firms” used by America’s biggest corporations for their legal work. *Corporate Counsel’s* survey uses state and federal records to determine which law firms corporations are using.
