The merger gives Kelley Drye an office in Houston, Texas and expands the firm’s number of offices from seven to eight. New partner [William J. Jackson](/Our-People/William-J-Jackson) will co-chair the environmental law practice along with partner [William M. Guerry Jr.](/Our-People/William-M-Guerry-Jr) Bill will also be the managing partner of the Texas office. New partner [John D.S. Gilmour](/Our-People/John-D-S-Gilmour) will chair the firm’s newly formed environmental litigation practice.
