# Kelley Drye Hosts Successful Paralegal Seminar

Kelley Drye recently hosted, ​“From Support to Strategy: Create a Successful Career as a Paralegal,” a day-long seminar in the firm’s Washington, DC office. The firm-sponsored seminar, geared specifically towards paralegals, featured a variety of informational sessions, a lunch discussion panel, and a networking reception.

The sessions, led by Kelley Drye attorneys, paralegals and staff, as well as in-house attorneys, covered research skills, litigation and document requests, time management, and organizational/communication skills. Featured Kelley Drye presenters included Partner Christie Grymes Thompson, and Associate Gonzalo Mon.

“The seminar offered paralegals the opportunity to hone their current skills by learning from others in the field,” explained Partner John Villafranco. ​“Kelley Drye is proud to provide our clients with important training sessions like this that strengthen their legal departments.”

More than thirty people attended the event.
