The category was for 2009 reorganizations below $100 million. Kelley Drye represented Z Gallerie’s official committee of unsecured creditors as bankruptcy counsel. The honor was part of the publication’s 4th Annual Turnaround Awards. The winning transactions were announced at *The M&A Advisor’s* annual distressed investing conference and turnaround awards event, which ran from March 21 through March 22 in Palm Beach, Florida. There were 99 finalists representing over 30 firms in 27 categories in the distressed investing, restructuring and turnaround marketplace. An independent panel of experts, representing a cross-section of the industry judged the deals. Roger Aguinaldo, CEO of *The M&A Advisor*, noted ​“In 2009 there were more than 1.4 million bankruptcies, but there were also thousands of successful turnarounds, thanks to professionals in the turnaround industry.” The Kelley Drye team was led by partners Eric R. Wilson and Robert L. LeHane. The team included associates Kristin S. Elliott and Jennifer D.
