*The Daily Deal* reported on an acquisition involving Kelley Drye client Ariel Way Inc. As reported, Ariel Way Inc. will acquire the business TV operation of Loral Space & Communication Ltd., a bankrupt satellite communications company. The deal will likely close shortly after it wins bankruptcy court approval.
