Media coverage of the recent $15.9 million sale of an 88,000 square-foot flex/warehouse facility in Springfield, Virginia highlights Kelley Drye partner [Aaron Rosenfeld](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/aaron-d-rosenfeld) who represented the owners. The 1983-completed building, which comprises about 64,000 square feet of office and 25,000 square feet of industrial space, features two stories with 44,475-square-foot floorplates, two passenger elevators and 190 parking spaces.
