# Kelley Drye Featured in Media Coverage of 14-Building Real Estate Sale

Kelley Drye was featured in several media stories surrounding the sale for $104.2 million of a fourteen-building real estate portfolio in Woodbridge, VA. Kelley Drye represented Finmarc Management Inc. in the disposition of the nearly 740,000 square feet of warehouse and industrial space contained within Featherstone Industrial Park.
