Special counsel [Jenifer Norkus](/Our-People/Jennifer-L-Norkus) was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Don’t Miss It: Hot Deals & Firms We’re Following This Week”, as representing LabCorp in its sale of Covance Food Solutions. Eurofins Scientific has agreed to pay $670 million to acquire Covance Food Solutions from Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings. The deal is expected to close during the third quarter of this year.
