# Kelley Drye Bankruptcy Group Wins M&A Turnaround Award

The Kelley Drye Bankruptcy Practice Group was recognized at the 18th Annual M&A Turnaround Awards.

Kelley Drye won the M&A Advisors Turnaround Award for Distressed M&A Deal of the Year (over $500MM) for Forma Brands as council to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.
