# Kelley Drye Advises Finmarc Management on Purchase of Telos Corp.’s Headquarters in Ashburn, VA

On the heels of Finmarc Management’s sale last week of the Travilah Square Shopping Center, partner [Aaron Rosenfeld](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Aaron-D-Rosenfeld) advised Finmarc in connection with its reinvestment of like-kind funds to purchase Telos Corp.’s headquarters for approximately $26.2 million. Telos Corp. currently occupies all 190,000 square feet of office and R&D space at the approximately 26 acre property located at the corner of Ashburn Road and Leesburg Pike in Ashburn, Virginia.
