# KDW Client OLMC Granted Summary Judgment in Sexual Harassment Case

Kelley Drye won summary judgment on behalf of Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center (OLMC) in a case brought by a former hospital employee who alleged that she had been sexually harassed on the job. The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York agreed with Kelley Drye’s arguments, finding that there was no actionable harassment and that the plaintiff was not forced to resign. The Court granted summary judgment in favor of OLMC.
