# KDW Advises JPMC Lenders in Latin American Debt Restructuring

Kelley Drye acted as New York counsel to the JP Morgan syndicate of lenders in the restructuring of $786 million worth of debt for Eletropaulo Metropolitana Eletricidade de Sao Paulo, the largest energy distribution company in Latin America. Eletropaulo operates in the metropolitan area of Sao Paulo and is responsible for 15 percent of all energy distributed in Brazil.
