# JPMorgan Chase Taps KDW Real Estate to Handle Branch Expansion

JPMorgan Chase Bank has asked Kelley Drye’s [Real Estate](/Our-Practices/Transactional/Real-Estate) Practice Group to be its lead counsel in connection with its branch expansion into the suburban New Jersey, Westchester County and Connecticut marketplace. Since the fourth quarter of 2004, KDW’s real estate attorneys from the Parsippany, New York and Stamford offices have been assisting JPMC in the negotiation of over 20 long term branch leases and acquisitions as the Bank expands its presence in New Jersey and suburban Westchester County and Connecticut.
