# Inside U.S. Trade Notes Kelley Drye in Article on Targeted Dumping Regulations Change

Kelley Drye was noted in an *Inside U.S. Trade* article, ​“U.S. Implements Adverse Zeroing Case on Shrimp Ahead of Schedule.” The article discussed the antidumping practice known as ​“zeroing” and the impact it will have on the exporters of shrimp. The article also discussed the U.S. Department of Commerce’s decision to ​“withdraw the existing regulations on targeted dumping and proceed on a case-by-case basis.”
