# India Business Law Journal Lists Kelley Drye as International Law ​“Key Player”

In a survey of international law firms, *India Business Law Journal* named Kelley Drye & Warren LLP as one of the ​“frontrunners in the race for India-related work.” In an article, ​“Leading the Field,” the publication noted the work of Kelley Drye and its independent, affiliate law firm in representing Novartis Vaccines & Diagnosis and Novartis Pharma in the acquisition of the 49% equity interest held by Aventis Pharma in Chiron Behring Vaccines. The publication also highlighted Kelley Drye’s representation of Sprint Nextel in its joint venture with Persistent Systems; SBI Holdings in its acquisition of 100% equity interest in the State Bank of India’s private equity business; Matheson Tri-Gas in its joint venture with K-Air Gases India; and Tata Advanced Systems in its joint venture to manufacture Lockheed Martin C130 military aircraft parts.
