The event, which enters its sixth year, was hosted by Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and featured a full day of presentations on issues that are critical to the fashion and retail industry. In the past, panel discussions at IN FASHION have served as a bellwether for issues that would shape fashion and retail. Panels this year looked to continue that trend with topic discussions around the challenges of the digital marketplace; sustainability and green marketing initiatives; key policy issues and legal developments facing the fashion industry in 2020; and the impact that the recent California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) could have on privacy compliance in the coming year.
