*Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts* (2nd edition), for which Robert L. Haig is the editor-in-chief, is featured in the *ABA Journal* (April 2008). The feature comprises articles adapted from chapters of the comprehensive treatise. Mr. Haig provides an introduction to the separate selections which address e-discovery, incivility, techniques for evaluating cases, the use of technology to present evidence, and tactics for streamlining litigation. The updated edition includes commentary from 199 authors including 17 federal judges.
