Partner **Gonzalo E. Mon** was quoted in the *E-Commerce Law & Policy* article ​“New York AG Targets Fake Online Reviews.” The article discusses the New York Attorney General’s recent investigation into ​“astroturfing” - the practice of preparing or disseminating a false or deceptive review. The investigation resulted in 19 companies agreeing to end the practice and pay over $350,00 in fines. It’s the largest enforcement action ever taken against the practice of astroturfing.”
