## Natural Product Insider

Kelley Drye’s [Donnelley McDowell](/Our-People/Donnelly-L-McDowell) was featured in a recent *National Product Insider* article offering his reaction on the FTC’s supplement ban and commenting on changes within the FTC. The changes highlighted by the article include the FTC dismissal of senior management and board directors, changes to executive compensation, outright bans on adjacent business practices, and the closure of appropriate business lines.

Donnelley states that FTC officials have demonstrated ​“a willingness to litigate and lose as long as they eventually are getting the result that they want.”
