BNA publications *Daily Report for Executives*, *Bankruptcy Law Reporter* and *Banking Daily* published the article ​“Practitioners Consider Lessons Learned, Direction of Banking on Lehman Anniversary.” The articles recapped Lehman Brothers Holding Inc.‘s bankruptcy and analyzed the resulting effects on financial institutions. Partner Merrill B. Stone was quoted regarding the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. He noted that unintended consequences could require additional changes to the law in the future.
