# CTC Communications Acquisition Nominated by M&A Advisor for Financing Award

Kelley Drye’s representation of CTC Communications in its acquisition of Conversent Communications was nominated as a finalist by *The M&A Advisor* in The Inaugural Middle Market Financing Awards in the ​“services” category. A panel of judges from graduate schools of business and leading business publications will select the winners, which will be announced at *The M&A Advisor*​’s Conference in Chicago.
