Partner Robert I. Steiner was noted in a *Courthouse News Service* article, ​“Agrochemical Firms Deny Pollution Story,” for his representation of United Phosphorus Ltd. (UPL) and James Robinson India (JRI) in their lawsuit against The Blacksmith Institute for publishing an inaccurate and damaging report regarding the agrochemical firms in Vapi, India. UPL is the largest agrochemical maker in India and JRI is a chemicals and pigments manufacturer.
