# Connecticut Law Tribune Reports on XPRT v. eBay

*The Connecticut Law Tribune* published an article, ​“Greenwich Firm Files Patent Suit Against E-Bay” which quoted partner Thomas B. Kinzler. The article reported on XPRT Venture LLC’s lawsuit that alleges eBay violated six of XPRT’s patents for an online payment system.

“ ​‘Ebay used the inventor’s information ... in order to make their PayPal work better,’ said Thomas B. Kinzler, another of XPRT’s lawyers. ​‘We contend they couldn’t do that without our information.’ ”
