# Congressional Quarterly’s CQ Today Notes Special Counsel Wayne D’Angelo’s return to Kelley Drye

Congressional Quarterly’s *CQ Today* noted special counsel [Wayne D’Angelo’s](/Our-People/Wayne-J-D-Angelo) return to Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. The publication reported Mr. D’Angelo’s previously work with the American Petroleum Institute, as well as his presidential appointment in strategic planning in the general counsel’s office at the EPA under President George W. Bush, and as a legislative assistant to former Rep. Bob Franks, R-N.J.
